A dot and dab process using the GYP liner system can either be tape and jointed or finished with a plaster skim.  

Void space behind for cables and services makes dry lining a versatile finish, which is the perfect solution if your existing walls are in poor condition.   

New dry lining also provides the opportunity to upgrade acoustic or thermal insulation.
